Learn how we make our Signature Italian Meringue buttercream. A smooth and creamy buttercream with strength and stability, making it ideal for cake decorating.
Learn how to cut and fill a cake. The cake will be pre baked and cooled ready for filling. Recipes and baking tips for cake will be provided.
Buttercream flower introduction
Learn to ice a cake with a sharp finish.
Creative Design, Add colour and/or texture with buttercream, and or pipping.
Decorate your cake with fresh flowers provided by us, or the buttercream flowers created in class.
Light snacks provided - sandwiches, fresh fruit & veggies with a sweet treat.
Share your cake with family and friends, packaging provided at the end of the session to safely bring your creation home.
